We recomm... leer más Piazza Sorrento is the best Italian place to go in the central PA for those with gluten allergies. I've been here with my family for at least 7 years. We recommended this place to many family and friend. You have to disappoint. Both the pizza salon and the dining area are fantastic. They are always greeted by a happy face at the host stand. Two of us are gluten-free and ate regularly. All dishes were full of taste! The Risotto was made perfect without being too soft or too crisp. The GF ravioli tasted almost too good to really be GF. The regular ravioli was part of the clean record club. Our waitress Kirstyn (maybe Kristin) was very sweet, helpful and made sure we were satisfied. I love how they label the foods with a "gluten free" piece of paper so you are sure it is safe for allergy.
