It was still tasteful, but the meat was just too finished, they offered to replace it, but we did not feel to wait for new ones. Everything else was great. Most menus are seafood of any kind, so the kitchen staff is more used to cook that instead of steaks (only my opinion). We ordered the grilled hearts of Romaine, NY strips, sticky toffee pudding, and the daily bread pudding (citm apple this time), as well as a few drinks. Everything said and done, I would say Aspen is worth it unless you plan on Steak then probably go somewhere.

We hit the mother lode of creamy fabulous ice cream with generous one scoop servings for $4.25. We chose cookie dough; chocolate with dark chocolate chips and coffee/oreo bits. They were all tasty with cookie dough barely edging out the coffee/oreo and dark chocolate coming in 3rd. Warning the chips are true dark chocolate.
