This bar has been struggling due to four years of street construction. The staff was amazingly friendly and fun. Food was limited due to it limited hours of operation, but the Tibetan Dumplings were so good, we ordered more and didn't care we late for our event. The Tibetan Dumplings were delicious and the chef was fun to talk with. The beer was excellent. I want to go back with the street is fixed and the bar and kitchen are running at full tilt.
