Walked in and sat at the very first booth on the left. In this seat, got a first hand view of the hostess. On her phone, head down for the entirity of our visit. That's what everyone sees coming in. Leaving, she didn't even acknowledge us. Then, there's her partner in crime. The boy, about her age, who stood their while she scrolled on her phone. She was on her phone the entire time we were there. This is the face of your business. Or the top of your head. Between her and I'll call him, mopey (he shuffled around between her and kitchen hallway, with food at times. Most times just to scroll on her phone with her. There was an older server, curly black hair and glasses. Also in the hallway on his phone. Meanwhile, our server was busy running around. If I worked there, it would break my spirit. Lots of doing nothing, head down, cell phones up. Just hate to see it. You should put some rules in place. Going out is expensive. Service here is usually decent. I don't wanna see teenagers on their phones and ignoring me on the way out.
