This was one of the favorite lunch spots from our office crew pre-COVID, I gave it a good review 4 years ago based on the Japanese side. Unfortunately, the Thai Chinese side for today 's lunch didn 't come through. I can only give the food two stars because the Thai basil beef was so tough I couldn 't chew it, left half of the beef on the table. The vegetables were fresh. I think the Chinese chef didn 't know how to cook Thai. Beef in Chinese stir -fry is starch coated to stay tender, Beef is Thai stir-fri Is not, thus it requires better cut of beef to remain tender adjusted cook timing i.e. 火候 . Suggest to check out the Thai basil beef from CoCo Thai in Suffield to compare.
