Never had Baltimore style BBQ anywhere, so first timer.In any case, life-long foot bucket for me. I came away impressed, but my wife even more so. She’s Vietnamese and considers anything on this style bun a “burger.” Per her, this is the best burger she has had in the US. She didn’t have the burger, but rather the famous pit beef.We both ordered med-rare, and the thing that really hit for her was the texture of the beef. Super soft, had the right amount of fat. I think for those who don’t enjoy the super soft, sometimes fatty texture, maybe try and order it cooked more well? For us, it was perfect. Excellent flavor, the bun held up right, no sogginess, even on the to go order.Don’t order extra fries, the ones that come with the sandwhich are more than enough.without having it before, wasn’t sure what to don the sauce. Went with Wee-bey (The Wire) style on part of it, med-rare extra horseradish. Other part I loaded with tiger sauce, which appears to be a horseradish type of mayo, and what appears to be a house bbq sauce. BBq sauce was ehh for me, but tiger sauce was excellent. Large mac n cheese only $3, and I thought it was excellent, a little too much black pepper for some, but I didnt notice. Can’t wait to try the original.

My friends had pasta dishes, one was a spicy marinara sauce, with mussels and shrimps. The other was an Alfredo sauce that was excellent, fresh homemade bread, still hot. definitely go back. Bravo!
