Either completely untrained or you wait ages until you get the card or until it is cleared and asked again if you want anything else. You order a large pilsner and get a small one. It is said that something is over and then you see that it is still being served to later guests. On every visit, things were missing from the order, which were then only brought after (sometimes multiple) requests, unfortunately often so late that the side dish was no longer a side dish, but rather a dessert. It's a shame that it fails because of this, especially since the price level is not at McDonald's level, but €20 for a chicken is not in the low sector.
