Our server did not rush us at all throughout the dinner. 3 courses and 2 bottles of wine later we were done, full and extremely happy. We will be back to try the rest of their regular menu. I love the atmosphere and the scene. Large outdoor area and food was slightly above average. Our server did not listen, nor was it able to discuss the menu as it was completely oblivious. I assure you that this is not overly critical. I even encouraged him a few times, but he was a deer in the headlights. Just me. I would give him another chance for the atmosphere and music. It was surprised to hear that it was a chain. You need some attention to politics. It starts with the GM.

My problem is- the whole lobby is filled with people waiting, staff is working hard. MANAGER WALKS IN, orders himself food, then yells HAS EVERYONE BEEN HELPED, goes to the back MAKES HIS FOOD… then leaves.I’ll probably leave another review to corporate now that I know management probably sucks. Do better, for your team… at least. Not to mention, I asked for mango habanero got no sauce on my wings. Thanks, I’ll be having the ranch flavor wings tonight (joke)
