The coating is just the right portion not too bready . It was cooked just right so it 's nice and crispy. The portions are really big as well so we did a lot of sharing. The shishito peppers were BOMB as well. Everything was really fresh I thoroughly enjoyed my salad. I 'll definitely come back again as I 'm interested in the pastas.
