Owner was very welcoming visiting our table with a glass of champagne for each of us telling us his story of how Casa Vincenzo came to be. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay. the rooms were cleaned daily. no breakfast as the website says. I will bring their own hand towels. we had 4 people in a room and got o... leer más Very nice place to stay. the rooms were cleaned daily. no breakfast as the website says. I will bring their own hand towels. we had 4 people in a room and got only 2 towels. we said they had towels. asked housekeeping and were only 2 towels per room or the other guests not getting. we were asked to go to the office for more twls, and even then the prescription twls had to locate. housekeeping said the owners would not buy anymore, so they had to rationalize them for all guests. 2 weeks and we've been hunting for pots all the time. even if we tried to use them for 2 days in a row of domestic business, would come and take them and then only 2 tons back. other than that no problems with the stay.

It is clean and we felt safe. The pool was nice. The pool was not heated, they had a problem with it. However, it was very clean and did not stop us from tanning there. There is a fridge and coffee but no microwave. Staff was friendly. We added days to our stay and they worked to get us the same room. Very accommodating.The only thing that was an issue was the front desk staff was often unavailable. I called about towels and it ran 19 times before being answered. We would go in to talk to them and had to wait awhile for someone to get to the office.
