We went to Le Marrakech because of endless rows with teenage kids about what to eat; one of the kids loves couscous, they both love merguez sausages... we arriv... leer más We went to Le Marrakech because of endless rows with teenage kids about what to eat; one of the kids loves couscous, they both love merguez sausages... we arrived early but were soon eating from a vast pot of couscous, a pot of meats and a casserole of soup and vegetables. All very delicious unsophisticated, but vast portions and very filling. I wished they did some of the lovely salady starter dishes that I associated with North African/Middle Eastern cooking but the manager/owner explained that no one ever wanted them so we made do with some wine to accompany it all. The decor is enjoyable too perhaps some of these things are a bit cliched but I still enjoy all the tiles, couches, lamps etc.
