Era una locanda in cui le persone facevano una sosta durante i loro viaggi da Lodi a Milano perché allora non c’era nulla lungo le strade che collegavano le due città. Il panorama nel corso degli anni è mutato molto, attualmente è frequentata da molte famiglie, ma anche da numerose comitive di persone e questo grazie all’atmosfera di convivialità che si respira al suo interno. L’Isoletta rappresenta da molti anni per tutti i milanesi una vera e propria oasi felice in cui degustare storici piatti della cucina lombarda e dove assaporare un po’ della Milano che non c’è più. Tra le specialità del menù spiccano il risotto alla milanese, le lumache, la cotoletta con osso, la casseula, la zuppa di cipolle e per finire gli affettati con lo gnocco fritto. It has the best service and Mexican food in the county. We moved out of state but still make it a point to eat here. Enchiladas, tacos, carne asada and their house salsa and chips are all amazing. This night I had the carne relleno. Steak rolled and stuffed with cheese, peppers and onions. IT. IS. OUTSTANDING!!!

I'm glad I found her, they delivered quickly and the pizza was great. when I'm ever in chicago, I'll definitely go back to them.
