Karen, Sterling (both super experienced) and Shayna (senior coach and office manager) are dedicated to their craft and truly care about their patients. They seek to understand your needs, set stretching but achievable goals, and give their patients the confidence and tools to continue their recovery at home whenever possible. I highly recommend them well worth the short and easy drive or BART/Caltrain rise down to San Bruno!
