I wasn't even sure anyone would be in the truck but saw a car parked nearby so thought I'd give it a shot. When I pulled up, I saw a smiling face in the window so I made my way over. There were several pork dishes and a pork bowl special to choose from. I decided on the sliders even though it took me forever to make up my mind. I wanted them but thought three sliders were too much for lunch. By the time I was done, I was practically licking the wax paper the little buns were wrapped in. The pork is smoky and tender (and generously filled in the sandwiches). The little Hawaiian buns are soft and fresh and overly full. Topped with fresh slaw and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Served with sweet pickles and chips. Yum! Can't wait to go back!

I ordered my usual Black mushrooms with Bamboo shoots and Beef, there was a minor mix-up in the delivery and I accidentally recieved the wrong order, I called and they sent out the right dish almost immediately because it was fresh and hot and delightful. Just like usual. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

P.s I asked and they said they didn't make any stickers, so I got a stamp card. will definitely hold and hope to visit again! we enjoyed the coffee we had a lot!

Beans over pulled pork was probably my favorite from the combo platter. We didn't have any other barbecue in Alaska, so perhaps the remarkable reviews are in consideration of the level of competition around, but as visitors, it was pretty unremarkable. The service was pleasant and friendly though, so no complaints there!

I ordered the 1/2 rack st louis ripen and got a sweet tee they brew themselves. ripen fall from the bone, many sauces, from which to choose. will I be obsessed with these ripenings and tell everyone that I am meeting the changes in life? No. (Update I still think about how good they were, days later. but will I come back for the over all atmosphere (nice and warm, the great service and a real curiosity about the other elements on the menu? yes, and the sweet tee. yes, this place deserves many more visits, especially in these cold winter months.
