I said sure , I was on the line for almost 10 mins (hearing her take care of other people) I wait and wait and then finally say “Hello?” only to be put on a hard hold so I no longer can hear what she is doing, then I was hung up on. When I called back it said user busy.. k we ordered papa John’s instead cause I refuse to give rude people our money.. plenty of other Mexican restaurants around, just a shame cause this one does have great food but at the end of the day I am a human being not just a number and this restaurant only sees numbers.. I have no issue driving back to our previous favorite restaurant los Mexicanos in Spartanburg.. we only switched when we tried Broncos near us and liked them too since we live closer but no worries we will drive a town over and give Los Mexicanos our business again. I love their teriyaki chicken and white rice! Been having it at this location for years however due to moving I have tried their Greenville location and I will... leer más I love their teriyaki chicken and white rice! Been having it at this location for years however due to moving I have tried their Greenville location and I will say quality is the same, pretty good for mall food. They are a mall company though at both locations so don’t expect an exclusive restaurant sitting area.

Not sure if they ran out or what but it sucks I should’ve unassigned when the dasher app offered because i had a previous order I picked up from somewhere else making it a double delivery that had to wait for me to deliver to them longer than need be due to the second restaurant (Panda Express) negligence. A low rating was given to me about delivering this order from Panda Express late due to the restaurant not having it made in a reasonable amount of time. Dashers beware. Luckily for me my last order for the night replaced the negative mark bringing me back to original percentage before this mess regarding me delivering in a timely manner since ya know I don’t normally have to wait an extreme amount of time for premade Chinese..

The jar is out there for a reason no need to ask when we didn’t even hand you the card yet .. how do you know we weren’t gonna give you a cash tip ..really why tip when scooping is your job ? .. not like my sundae was up to par anyway ..

I asked for a half and half on one and they just do it for both or wrong flavor back when pumpkin was in. Always have to wait atleast 30 mins in the drive thru no matter what you’re getting. Due to this I haven’t been back and chuckle everytime I drive by and see that long drive thru. Cause couldn’t be me anymore nopeeee.

They don’t prioritize DoorDash orders and when ratings depend on how efficient a restaurant is that is not a good thing. They took more than 5 mins to answer after pushing the red button, mind you the Dasher app tells you to pull up to the car port not drive thru, unless otherwise told by employees. I see drive thru orders being rolled out with car after car leaving. I went ahead and canceled the order which can also affect ratings but it shouldn’t take over 15 mins for a hot dog, fries and 1 milkshake and a drink to be made Ridiculous. Sonic is now on my automatic decline list.
