I truly recommend dishes like 'judiones con codorniz ' (broad white beans with quail), 'picadillo de chorizo ' (difficult to translate, kind of minced chorizo meat with spices) and, above all, 'villagodio de buey ' (ox fillets) to cook on a hot plate. Finish with a nice pudding and some traditional liquors like Patxaran or Orujo de hierbas. Then find a place for a nap! He estado en el Bodegón varias veces a lo largo de mi vida, y nunca decepciona. Las cuevas son tan peculiares como siempre, y la comida igual de sencilla y estupenda. Ahora vivo en Inglaterra, así que una comilona como esta, de vez en cuando, sienta estupendamente. Buen servicio además, espero tener ocasión de volver pronto.
