For all the negative reviews I felt like I should come on here and say my experience was fine. We did a bundle trip on Priceline and got Fox Rental Car in Tampa airport as our rental place. I prepaid half tank of gas at a lower price than at the pumps. $30 something, and there was a few tiny insurance fees separate. I ended up paying $42 total. They did refund the hold on my card. The car was clean and ran well. Staff was friendly and assuring. They did send receipt emails. I just know florida and knew there were not many tolls, and even if so, you can use your GPS and click 'avoid tolls ', so I did not opt in for the tolls package, or any additional insurance at my own risk. Our regular car insurance we have for our personal plan covers rental cars, so be aware of this as well. So no hidden fees or hassles. Car took about 5 minutes to return and we were off to the gates in the airport.
