I asked the guy in charge, and he said that the is what the bank charges for any amount you paid with credit or debit card (15% . I don't know if is true or not, I never have seen 15% in other restaurante, usually is 3.5% with usually is normal but not 15% on top of what you expend plus 18% tip if you want to tip. Charging 15% in every transaction is a great way to loose costumers, because I end up paying 32% in addition to the food amount. 15% extra debut card fee and 18% tip for waitress. I am not going back there, there is other Salvadorean restaurants with great food around where I can go.
