I placed a small order at 6pm on a Monday, not exactly prime take away time so thought it wouldn't take too long to arrive. I was told 45 mins which is usually... leer más I placed a small order at 6pm on a Monday, not exactly prime take away time so thought it wouldn't take too long to arrive. I was told 45 mins which is usually the standard wait. But after and hour and 20 mins I still hadn't received my order. I called Hungry house as that's who I ordered through and was told 10 mins and it would be with me. Another 30 mins passed and still no order. So after calling for a second time I was put through to the restaurant who basically said they had no idea what had happened to my order as it left them 35 mins earlier. I then had to call hungry house back for a refund as god knows how long it would of taken them to redo my small simple order again. Very bad service from both parties here, won't be using either again.
