Desserts were great as well! Our server was Aaron and he?s a gem!! Very personable, very knowledgeable and very nice! He made us feel special, not like a number! He?s an asset to this restaurant! We stayed here for lunch on the market day and had a phenomenal experience. that is a very customer-friendly restaurant. for example, I ordered a tomato juice f... leer más We stayed here for lunch on the market day and had a phenomenal experience. that is a very customer-friendly restaurant. for example, I ordered a tomato juice for apero. they had none of the traditional French tj, which comes in small glass. flake so that the chef actually took the effort to grind fresh tomatoes to make the juice for me. it was only at the beginning of the fresh tomato season, so the taste was incredible. it had added spicing that were thrown in it made it quite unforgettable. there was a really fine engraving for the entree, again with very creative flavors and taste combinations, and the plate was probably the best calf I ever had. there is a fine wine selection and a pleasant terrace to dine outdoors. to our server, guillaume. he was wonderfully welcoming and very professional with a clear admiration for the chef and his eating. we will return here several times during our stay in gers.
