Things added that I asked to be kept off. Will not go back to this location again.

It’s been going downhill the past year. It took us 15 min to wave down a server to get our order. We weren’t supposed to be her table, but since we were ready to order she took over. I wish i remembered her name! She was awesome. Took forever to get drinks. My burger and fries were really good!!!…but my friend’s steak def had been sitting under the warmer, super dry, and the mashed potatoes were not good. Stick with the easy bar food if you go and expect to be patient.

They messed up our order and brought out a dish that they couldn't identify and tried to tell us it was spinach or cabbage, it looked like vegetable protein in sauce not green like a vegetable. Very strange experience, had high expectations and was very excited to have lots of options but was let down.

We were seated and then it took them 20 minutes to give us menus then another 30 for someone to come take our drink order we waited another 15 minutes for the drinks and then 20 more minutes for them to come back to us for our food order. Waited a hour and still had no food. So we got up and walked out. We wait 2 hours for nothing. The only thing the employees were worried about what getting off the clock and going home. they all were moving so slow to not have to do any work anymore. I will never eat here again

Este albergue fue una decepción. Visité a finales de julio y principios de agosto durante seis noches, y me quedé en otros tres albergues antes de este. Este fu... leer más Este albergue fue una decepción. Visité a finales de julio y principios de agosto durante seis noches, y me quedé en otros tres albergues antes de este. Este fue, con mucho, el peor de los cuatro en los que estuve. El wifi no llega más allá del área del vestíbulo. La sala común, donde está el wifi, cierra por la noche y no funciona cuando la sala está ocupada (por las mañanas). Hacía un calor increíble en este albergue. Me despertaba todas las noches empapado de sudor. No hay aire acondicionado, y la mayoría de las veces las habitaciones son más calientes que el exterior. El albergue en sí es muy oscuro, con muy poca iluminación. Los baños son desagradables y la ducha tiene un temporizador de 30 segundos. Así que tienes que seguir presionando para que no se apague. Nuestra habitación (doble privada) se suponía que debía limpiarse todos los días, pero no la limpiaron ni una sola vez durante nuestra estancia. Además, mi cama se rompió debajo de mí el primer día que estuve allí, lo cual es una locura porque no soy tan pesado. Acabo de regresar a casa y toda mi ropa huele a moho, que es también cómo olía el albergue. Diría que lo único bueno de este lugar es la cocina, el desayuno gratuito (que está bien) y su ubicación. Así que, si estás buscando una opción muy económica cerca de La Rambla y no te importa lo mencionado anteriormente, entonces este es el lugar para ti. Sin embargo, si buscas un lugar decente, que no te deje oliendo mal y sudando, entonces gasta unos euros más por un mejor sitio.

Love how the menu is always a little different so there is something new to try and the ingredients are so fresh. Also recommend their cookbook for recreating dishes at home but nothing beats visiting in person! Thank you, Roberta’s!
