This is the 2nd time I am handed a hot latte (drive thru) with the cup not closed correctly. The first time, the coffee spilled on me and it burned me! This time, luckily I caught it as he was handling it to me. I understand it gets busy, but little details like that can prevent someone from getting hurt. Not to mention a lawsuit!
