The smells tha... leer más Needing a tastebud reviver on New Year’s Day we sought out this place for lunch, more in hope than expectation, but it was a delightful surprise. The smells that greeted us on walking in were mouthwatering, as was the food which followed. We had a mixed starter, a lamb vindaloo, a chicken tikka and a peas and mushroom side dish, all of which sang with flavour. Everything at very reasonable prices and accompanied by cheerful, friendly and efficient service in a very pleasant environment. The chicken tikka deserves a special mention… one of the best I have tasted in a long time.
