But most importantly the heart and genuinecharacter of Rouge is as bright as ever. The staff is exceptionally kind and courteous, constantly checking in and making sureyou’re taken care of, always with the most genuine of smiles. The hookah was good but it’s the one without that bubbley feeling (not the traditional ones) but it did last all night and tasted good! Thefood was really good I highly recommend trying all the different and unique items on the menu .. my favorite was themediterranean styled scallops, Shishido peppers, and Brussels sprouts (very crispy and flavorful). Very spacious, wonderfullarge bar area and customer service was fantastic!

Sushi is one of those dishes where quality trumps quantity. While Kabuki is definitely on the more expensive side, much much easier toget a table and good service.
