Aunque es un restaurante con mucha capacidad para su distribución en diferentes habitaciones evita la sensación de espacio de banquetes. el horno de madera, estratégicamente ubicado, ofrece una agradable visión de la cual es el plato de la casa, el asado de la calva. la comida comenzó con un pequeño aperitivo de cortesía, una sarna, perfecta textura y sabor de viejo, muy buen comienzo. como entrantes pedimos algunas tablas ibéricas que no decepcionaron, continuamos con pulpo al sanador en su punto de cocción y molinillos fritos de cordero, plato muy simple que con el punto de fricción adecuado y la temporada correcta puedo clasificarlo como excelente. el muy buen ordeño, el punto de sal en el agua totalmente exitosa obtiene una piel cruda bajo la cual se sabe la carne jugosa y tierna.
