I loved the black mushroom and chicken soup with noodles. it had a beautiful broth with chicken legs (bone intact, combined with ingwer, black Shijitake style mushrooms, and a few pieces shanghai green. simply perfect for lunch and the portions were generous! the seafood noodle soup was very mild. my teenage son ordered the braided bark soup that had a spicy kick. overall the nudelsuppen were very pleasant for lunch. the only reason for the 4 stars is that some prices seemed too high for lunch. that said it was a welcome surprise to find authentic Szechuan food in southwest virginia!
