The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the flys. I think there were so many because the big doors can open but they were closed when we were there.

Slow down...you almost passed one of the best restaurants for authentic Italian food in the region. The food is shockingly good, the service excellent, the wines another great surprise. They cannot do enough for you..but, by gosh, they really try!!! One great dish to try...is the turkey breast salad. It is a complex masterpiece with beautifully complemented roasted mushrooms and a killer sauce. The Sardinian red wines are superb. Everything, including the beautiful Venetian glass decanters and other gems on display only serve to gild a golden lily of a place.

We went with a group of friends to stay here for nights. The last night I left the room key inside and did not notice until after dinner. Leaving a room key inside is something that has happened to many of us. The problem...was that everyone on the hotel went to sleep and no phone was answered. We tried calling long distance many times to all the numbers available, rang the bell, went outside etc. The next morning when they went to open the room the guy in charge was angry and treated us with this respect as if we were dumb. When we asked how it was possible nobody was available for the clients he responded that how it was possible to somebody to leave their key inside. Fortunately nothing happened but this is unacceptable, a hotel in the middle of nowhere, where if something happens in the middle of the night you are by yourself with no one to reach. I dont want to imagine what would've we done if it was a serious emergency
