We ordered and then sat for 45 min (as did other customers around us) wondering where our breakfast was. There was a group who came in after us and they were being served. Our waitress tried to give us more coffee and say our food wouldn't be much longer, but we asked for the manager who said that the group had pre ordered and the kitchen put everyone else on hold while they were taken care of. We should have been told that earlier and we could have gone somewhere else sooner. We were offered a discount but we left. It was inappropriate to wait that long and very annoying. We will not go back there!

I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes. I drove to the Ocean Palace. There were no customers in the restaurant. My order was ready when I arrived. When I arrived at home the food was still very hot. The food was fresh, and the portions were very good. It was not greasy. We quite enjoyed our meal. It was as consistent as usual.
