"The Suez in Lehde is my absolute favorite beer garden in the Spreewald. Shortly after a long bike tour it is nice to sit in the shade and enjoy the beautiful surroundings (see my pictures here in Golocal). If you're lucky, you can catch a table right by the river. Due to the surrounding trees you usually sit in the shade. We only drank a little (light wheat) and eat nothing. But want to pick up on the next occasion (has seen what the neighbors had on the plates). The prices are perfect. The drinks were delivered very quickly. The operator is very friendly. Parking is difficult throughout the area. We were lucky to have more free parking in the nearby hotel. But it's better to go by bike or walk. The area is known for this. We like to come back."

"Were in your fantastic minihotels on a short weekend holiday. Clean, rich space and comfort are at Hotel Pfeffer Gurke. Of course, it is only intended as an overnight stay, but you can spend hours at the campfire place in the cozy rustic seating area. The food is as good as the owners are friendly. Have recommended us many beautiful excursion destinations by bike. Also in winter we can use heating in all cucumbers; thanks was very big cinema. See you soon."
