Coop Obs - Aalesund

Our main business Mega-Shop. from time to time, prices are better than usual. they can find what they need. with coop express, shopping is much easier.

This place is helpful to buy basic needs 8n 5he house. they have all kinds (food, cleaning staff, drinks, clothes, children's toys etc.)

They are adding more and more økologisk to their assortiment, otherwise It is just an ordinary grocery shop. Not much to choose from.

In general, this is just a typical (albeit quite sizable) grocery store. I found that their offering of vegan items was not especially extensive compared to other grocery chains I visited in Norway (some have fewer options, while supermarkets in bigger towns/cities typically have more). Coop Obs did have a good variety of organic fruits and vegetables, as well as several shelves dedicated to products free from certain ingredients (some of which were vegan-friendly).

Joining the co-op membership makes food purchases quick and easy. Simply scan your Boop membership card, grab a bag from the bin, shop, scan your Boop membership card again, and pay. The selection is top-notch and the pricing is very fair.
