Le Bosco - Ajaccio

Very good restaurant found at the turn of an alley. We were looking to eat good fish in Ajaccio we were not disappointed! The staff is also very friendly, which made our evening a pleasant time to remember during our stay.

A small, randomly hidden restaurant in an alley. Sober and intimate frame. A very warm welcome and flavors... incredible. We took skewers espadon/gambas and a squid tataki (very good zucchini pasta in addition). An impeccable presentation and really delicious flavors we enjoyed ourselves. Even accompanying vegetables are prepared gastronomicly. The boss and the boss took the trouble to talk to us a little after leaving the kitchen, which we enjoyed. We will return to our next stay.

Restaurant located in a small alley in the old town of Ajaccio. Very pleasant, attentive and fast service. The wagon was excellent; Not too fat. The calamars and gambas were perfectly cooked. The only reproach I could do would be that the risotto was too creamy for my taste. But otherwise very good address I highly recommend!
