Veeva! - Allerdale

We returned to have the Easter afternoon tea after previously enjoying one in February. Again it was absolutely delicious with lots of Easter cake treats. Staff very attentive and friendly and can't do enough for you. Will certainly be returning again to this popular cafe,...hopefully to sample something from their lunch menu next.

This place is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile whenever we come in. The food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great. I highly recommend this cafe.

I was in the area with my family and decided to stop by for a cup of tea and cake. We were amazed by the variety of options and thoroughly enjoyed our selections. This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit.

We are always a bit insecure about eating out as we need to choose lactose-free and gluten-free options, but from the moment we went to gareth was amazing. any special request or order was met with a real smile. gluten-free sausage with the full English. break-resistant, soy milk for the coffee and good de-caf. the eggs were cooked without addition of butter, and a milk-free spread was included for the toast. after two days of eating so easy, it will be hard to find such pleasing caffes at home. if they are to the breakfast in cockermouth, this is the place to go.
