I reached out to a few caterers in Northern Virginia and before even getting a quote had a good feeling about Allspice. I dealt mostly with the owner who answered all the questions my wife and I had and took a major burden off our shoulders. When we had the tasting we were impressed with all the dishes presented. The food that was served at the reception was perfect. At the beginning of the reception guests would say did you try the appetizers they're so good. We received many compliments from friends and family about how much they enjoyed the party and the food. Not just the night of the event but weeks afterwards as well.
