Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónShe was through the drive this morning before work. waited at least 10 minutes before I got my food, but once I got to work, I had received the wrong breakfast sandwich.
To go to a take-out dinner, and the restaurant was not very clean and the young boy in register was not too excited to be there and unnecessarily saying was not very helpful in the two simple questions I asked him. eating here is very expensive, but salate and suppen were good. I guess the service is something that is in the past. food: 4/5
Panera as a whole is pushed down on a descent slide, but it is pushed down faster. employees are pleasant, but the management is rude and not busy with the customer service. ordered a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich which had chicken salad on 1/4 of the brotes. manager refused to honor an action I used online. the only thing they have done successfully was to make sure that I am not back. it is not surprising that this place is always so slow. no recovery.
These people $65 for 2 whole salads and 2 whole sandwiches. When I came home, the whole job was wrong! the manager zak would replace only 2 of the 4 items! firehouse subs is mine now!
The worst bagel ever!Craving a bagel and cream cheese this morning, did a search near me and nothing came up. I remembered the bakery and bagels at Panera and used to get toasted bagel and cream cheese 10 years ago. Big mistake, smallest bagel ever for $5.00 and the cream cheese was an individual serving you had to add yourself. So ended up adding to a cold bagel and everyone knows it should be added right after it was toasted. Crazy how restaurants charge more and continue to cut portion sizes too. At the same time trying to do the least amount of service possible. I know they used to add the cream cheese.I should have gone to King Soopers and made my own.
