Mongolian Bbq - Azusa

We stopped at this restaurant for a meal on our way back home from a family trip in LA. We chose it based on the reviews and we were not let down. The food was delicious and affordable. We had to wait a little bit, but it's understandable for a popular place with lots of orders. Overall, it was a great value and highly recommended!

I have always been a fan of Mongolian BBQ restaurants where you can create your own dish, especially because I love a good Veggie mix and extra spicy sauces. However, it wasn't until Covid forced my regular spot to close that I tried this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and tasty food. While the Veggie and Sauce options were a bit limited, the staff was accommodating and willing to help. This time, the food was on the sweeter side rather than spicy, and there were too many noodles for my liking. However, I was able to add extra mushrooms and bean sprouts to my meal. The portions were generous enough to feed two to three people, so I would have preferred a smaller plate tailored to my preferences. I also tried the hot and sour soup and pot stickers, which were delicious, especially with a touch of Sriracha.
