The Coach House - Ballymote

The food at the Coach House Hotel bar is always excellent, very tasty, and reasonably priced. I have never stayed at the hotel, so this review is based on the food only.

Nestled in the quiet town of Ballymote in County Sligo, this charming hotel restaurant is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were welcoming. I decided to try the burger and chips with a side salad, and it was delicious. I would definitely suggest stopping by this cozy spot if you happen to be traveling through the northwest region.

Excellent time lovely breakfast so full the staff very friendly

In the middle of Ballymote with loads of parking behind to hotel. We didn't stay at the hotel. We were there for something to eat. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are friendly. We ordered of the lunch menu, and we all had the burger and chips. It was very nice and we all cleared our plates. We also got dessert. 2 of us had the crunchie munchie ice cream , and 1 had the apple crumble. All were really good. The place seemed to start filling up as we were leaving, so if you are planning on going for an evening meal at a weekend, I'd recommend you to make a reservation.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. It's definitely worth stopping by for some food - the options are very tasty. This place is also great for booking private parties.
