Dunkin' - Baltimore

I'm working in the city, so I'm always coming here. the cash register is always beautiful, and my food is always properly cooked. I get the texas toast ham and cheese, and other places I was, the brot is sometimes burned. but here it always tastes the same.

I prefer this Dunkin to the one on Charles. The staff is usually very friendly, orders made quickly and correctly. Usually I'll order on my phone while I'm about a block away, and my order is already waiting for me when I get there.

I forgot that I had a Dunkin’ Donuts account and some money left in it so I decided to take a chance with this location. The inside is quite small and quaint, the employees are quite mannered, and the amount of time waiting for your order is within expectations. However, make sure you get your order right my last orders of coffee always leaves an acidic taste in my mouth (lol). Overall, this would be my spot for coffee and breakfast. Update: I finally figured out my iced coffee situation. Bump up to 5 stars.

The staff seem to be reasonably well-managed, and the wait time for orders is about what I expected. However, just a heads-up: they really need to ensure orders are accurate. My last few coffee orders have left me with an acidic aftertaste (lol). Overall, I would still consider this place my go-to for coffee and breakfast. Update: I finally sorted out my iced coffee situation, so I'm bumping my rating up to 5 stars!

The customer service here is outstanding. They’ve become so adept at recognizing me and remembering my order that on most days I can simply walk in and pay without saying a word! The person who prepares my Charli cold brews consistently does an amazing job, and the sandwiches really help me power through my day!
