Ledo Pizza - Baltimore

It was unclear what the ordering process was so we ordered at the carry out area with the intention of eating in. After we ordered, the staff allowed us to sit in the dining area, but we were completely ignored by all servers, even though we wanted to order more and definitely would have tipped. And our food took much longer than the 15 minutes we were quoted. An extremely frustrating and sad experience.

I ordered a cheese pizza, however they messed up the order and gave me pepperoni. They offered me to fix it in 5 minutes, I was like how could you make a new pizza in 10 minutes unless they are just taking off pepperoni out of pizza and give it back to me. I asked for money back but it took manager some time, so I ended up leaving the place and I donated pizza to someone as I?m vegetarian. I understand things happen but I didn?t feel like they held themselves accountable.

This place was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Excellent thin crust pizza. Also, shout out to Kevin our server. It was a very good experience all around.

Went for the first time last night.We ordered the Soft pretzel and add cheese for dipping,got a 18 pizza with pepperoni, onion,mushroom, green peppers,Italian sausage and crispy bacon with 2 sodas. With tip it was a little over $62.Very friendly staff, good customer service and food was good. The restaurant was clean a decent environment.

The food was good but I was very disappointed to see that the bottomless soup and salad is no longer available. That was the main reason I went to Ledo Pizza. We'll, Chilies still offer that. I'll just go there. SORRY!
