Omg Desserts - Basildon

The portions are amazing and the food had always been incredible. The cookie dough especially is amazing and the milkshakes are great.

It was really nice until I found a black hair in my doughnut topping which put me off from finishing.

Absolutely disgusting!!! My daughter ordered a biscoff milkshake only to find every single mouthful with plastic In! Absolutely disgusting she could of chocked!

Placed order with OMG 29/2/2020 through just eats. Order came to wrong delivery entrance. Ordered multiple orders no bags no cup holder's, order ended up on the floor because everything was piled high! OMG have the worst customer service refused to do anything told us to call just eats for refund. Just eats told us to call OMG etc.. Still no answer to our complaint. Do not use them.
