The Devonshire - Bassetlaw

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The ambiance is fantastic and the dishes are delicious. The staff is also very welcoming and kind.

The fish and chips at this restaurant are large, top quality, and delicious. All of the other food dishes looked fantastic as well. This is my favorite place in the area!

Well presented large meal times. a rounded menu for carnivores and vegetarians (pescatarians) alike. do not expect a great choice. a little confiscated that they served the wee in gin glasses. service not the best. I assume the waitress was new when she flew too much. I would try something else on the menu again. it also found strange that there were no drinks menus.

We was staying 20 minutes away and this place kept popping up on recommendation sites. Boy did it live up to the reviews! Amazing service and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic, honestly one of the best dinners we have enjoyed. Pricing was very good for the quality and portions you got. When we are up that way again we will 100% visit again! Must visit!
