Kfc - Batesville

Service is garbage. I placed an online order and when I got to the restaurant to pick up the order, they asked if I wanted something else because they didn’t want to drop the chicken on the order that I placed. Mind you, they had 15 to make the food before I even got there to pick it up, yet they waited until I got there to say they didn’t have any but they had plenty of time to cook my order before I even got there. I told them I didn’t want the white meat that they offered me when I got there and that I will wait on the dark meat that I placed and paid for on the app. They said it would be a 15 minute wait for the food that I ordered ?. Then they proceeded to take 25 minutes to get my food to me after all of that.

Pulled in at 9:50. Was made aware they were cooking to order. Made our order with postive attitude.

April 1 2024, this kfc has a manger on duty that is very rude to customers, once you give your money at drive thru window, she demands you to move up away from the window because it's on a timer! I do understand time is money but there's no reason for rude speaking to anyone who chose to spend their time and money at a place of business. Kfc owers should check into there mangers this could help with there high trun over with there regular workers and customers. Batesville kfc mangers is rude and disgusting to kfc franchise.

I should have read the reviews I ordered 4 piece combo in the drive through when I got to hotel it was two piece my side coleslaw had a drink lid on it I asked for silverware got none The place wasn’t busy at all but only had spicy chicken so I said that was fine so I wouldn’t have to wait. Still didn’t get my order, right There is a Popeyes chicken across the street. They had a long line. Apparently that’s the place to go not KFC

Waited on the curve for my food for 40 minutes and had to come in to get my own drinks,some the workers are very rude as well
