Carmelo Ed onions that melt in your mouth with delicious and almost crispy mushrooms, butternut squash, mozzarella and chèvre cheeses, and the best crust I've had in a long time. The cosmopolitan was effect and service was wonderful. A nice place to stop for a pizza craving!
The restaurant is located in a strip mall area between a sporting goods store and a gas station. Interior was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, but inattentive. I had a burger (NEVER ORDER A BURGER IN Canada unless you want something so dry you'll need a glass of water to eat it!! , the burger was dry primarily because of an archaic law which requires them to cook it above normal temperatures. It is ridiculous, but restaurants are forced to, so keep that in mind when choosing a burger, my wife had nachos, which were so covered with salsa you couldn't get to the chips etc underneath. Not a great experience in terms of dining, but it is close to the ski area, so it might work for you. I had the poutine w duck confit and bacon which was decent, however it wasn't hot.
The meal was overall disappointing. The nachos were just a pile of chips with very little toppings. Our order was messed up and all they did was scrape off the error and serve it again. We have no intentions of returning to this restaurant.
I went to this restaurant and the waitress seated me. I wanted to sit somewhere else, but she said there was a group coming in later. However, no group ever showed up. I ordered nachos and specifically requested no salsa on them. When my nachos arrived, they had salsa on them. The waitress refused to take them back, arguing with me instead. There was so much salsa that my nachos were soggy and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place and will not be bringing anyone here unless they want to eat subpar food.
Such a grand find, off the main road. Don't be put off by the fact this is located in s strip center next to a petro station. The food was awesome. I got the pork burger which is essentially a pork tendon sandwich. A-1! My wife got the Kansas burger and devoured it! She didn't talk much during the meal which indicates it was awesome. My picky daughter order General Tao chicken and it's not PF Chang, but better. Our server was super helpful and very nice. The prices in Canadian are a little pricy but well worth it. Don't pass this place up!!!
