Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe pizza here is incredible! they use a sourdough chest that has been fermented for a past and is delicious. they do not use milk cheese! woot! using a combination of follow her heart mozzarella and cheese from the wtopia cheese business in portland. choose all the vegetables they want to finish their pizza and it bakes in a wood oven. the personal is also very friendly. it is one of my top suggestions when it comes to all-powerful and my whole family that is vegan also loves it. I recommend it very much!
Maiale Rosa just recently opened. We know the owner and have been eating his pizza for the past 5 years out of his catering truck (a 1937 Dodge truck), which has a wood-fired pizza oven built into the back. We have since become vegan and Brett, the owner, has recognized the need to offer a vegan option. Since he opened, we have had our fill of pizza, his roasted vegetable sandwich, salad, and Sorbetto, all vegan options. Updated from previous review on 2017-11-26

Great spot for pizza! I tried the vegan Margherita pizza, and it was delicious. While the menu could be clearer, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining the vegan options available.
I typically only go to vegan restaurants, but wow, this place is incredible! The owner is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about ensuring you have a great experience. We ordered the Margherita pizza, and it was absolutely delicious, made with Vtopian cheese! I can't wait to come back.
