Kornhauscafé - Bern

The restaurant is located in the touristic part of the town, but despite that the dishes are of good quality. We went at Saturday night, without booking. The restaurant was only three-quarters full, but despite that the kitchen seemed to be overwhelmed. Thus our meal was very long, despite the efforts of the waiters. The waiter could speak several languages and was very nice.

Mediocre burger, the patty was quite dry and the bun was toasted beyond repair. Really sad about this experience... I'm quite sure that I ate a burger at your restaurant. It was not on the main menu but on a separate leaflet. I checked the PDF on your website and I'm positive that this was the exact same menu I saw last week, because I almost went for the tartar instead.

One of the best places in Bern for Brunch. On Sunday you will enjoy your rich, all-you-can-eat buffet with hearty and sweet dishes, fresh fruit, hot dishes and a selection of breads. All hot drinks are included. Service was friendly and fast. For Brunch it is recommended to reserve a table.

Very nice ambience and food. The service staff is very friendly and makes the meal very pleasant. The food is tasty and not very salty (in contrast to normal food elsewhere) Very delicious food, but the serving time was easy. One of the must visits in Bern, Switzerland.

Breakfast on a weekday was fantastic. Great service. Will definitely be back when we're back in Bern. Next time you want to try the Sunday brunch!
