I ordered from DoorDash since I don't have a car and live 1.5 miles from this restaurant. Unfortunately, it seems they assumed that DoorDash orders wouldn’t mind receiving food that wasn’t fresh, but I do. My fries looked as if they had been sitting out all morning and were really dry—there wasn't a single fresh fry among them. Given the price, this is simply unacceptable. Just because I’m not dining in person doesn't mean I shouldn’t receive fresh food. All I got were burnt crumbs for fries. The delivery experience was disappointing.

I went to the restaurant and ordered a salad, but when I got home, I realized it wasn't what I had ordered. I called them to let them know, thinking I would have to go back to pick up the correct order. However, Mike insisted that they would send a delivery driver to bring me the right salad. He was friendly and even wished me a blessed day. I don't think many other food companies would go out of their way like that.

The main dish was well-prepared, but this location has a strict policy against customizing salads, even for an additional charge. I was informed by three different staff members that no alterations could be made. I've visited many Chick-fil-A locations, and this is the first one that refused to make a change to a salad. I would have been willing to pay a fee for the modification, but the staff looked at me as if I were from Mars for even asking.

Chick-fil-A is truly outstanding when it comes to offering tasty food, exceptional customer service, and a spotless dining environment. They are certainly raising the bar for quality in the fast food sector. I'm giving them a perfect score of 5 for their food, service, and atmosphere.
