Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónVery good visit. The gentleman that took our order and took our payment was extremely friendly. The only issue that occurred, was the french fries could have been fresher. And the breakfast is always above par.
Service was quick despite the sunday crowd, food was great, even had my order upgraded by accident, so no complaints there lol. The people working there did a great job and I hope everyone will enjoy their visit, I definitely will go back.
Restaurant is filthy. Drink station is gross. Floors and tables covered with food leftovers from other customers. Staff was very slow and did not care about the Restaurant . Will never go back. Also the chicken sandwich had no flavor and some idiot thought a tiny piece of lettuce was sufficient.
Honestly, I've eaten here many times through drive thru and delivery. I've had positive experiences in the past, but lately nearly every ordering experience has been awful. A while back they insisted on running my card twice stating that it didn't work the first swipe they used my card to pay for two orders.Most recently, I ordered a delivery order through the Wendy's app. My son's juice box was missing, and instead of the Baconator I ordered, there was a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger instead. When you pay for a premium burger and get a deal burger instead, and everything's cold? Disappointed is an understatement. You can do better at McDonald's or Freddy's next door. I hate to say it, but the quality in food and service has really declined at this Wendy's. I can no longer recommend it.
Within 2 hours of eating there I was so sick and stayed that way till the next morning. My hamburger was cold and dehydrated. I was so disappointed. My husband and I had went to Branson for a getaway and I spent 24 hours of it in the motel sick from eating there.
