Something Brewery - Brighton

If you're a fan of sour beers, this is the perfect spot for you. While I'm not usually a big fan of sours, I discovered a refreshing cold IPA and a lager on a hot summer day, and both were fantastic. The cold IPA was pleasantly smooth with no bitterness at all. Additionally, Simply Pizza has started serving delicious pizzas right from their backyard. I tried their Thai special, and it was absolutely delicious!

Great brewery. Delicious IPAs. Fast and friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Free street parking. Flights with 4 beers available. No outside food except on Mondays. Clean. Nicely decorated.

Johnathan and Jeremy are the best people I've ever got to know. The beer is original and delicious. Hat's off to the people making it. Great times, good people. Shout out to the owners; Jeremy and Johnathan are what make that place #1 in my book. I've been going there since you brewed Kombucha, and the main reason I keep coming back for those is those guys.

Really interesting sounding beers. They were good. The pizza was very good. The brick and open beams in the ceiling look really nice. Overall cool place if you are in Brighton and enjoy beer and pizza.

The gem of Brighton. Beers are great, love the ambience and now Simply is a mainstay so there's always food. John and Jeremy are the best. Their 4 packs and crowlers travel great too!
