Kfc Morningside - Brisbane

Went to this place for a feed of the yummy special herbs and spuces coated chicken and chips with the dusting of special salt. Sadly the chips for soggy and my order was not correct. No napkins or the traditional old hand wipes to be found in the packet and no spoon for the gravy. Sadly most KFC stores now days have soggy chips, missing napkins and spoons when needed. I know this is minor stuff, however it is how it used to be when I grew up and its the little things that make the difference. Staff were great and the store was mostly clean, I just suggest to them to get back to their traditional roots of clean stores and the napkins and spoons and then bring back the old crunchy chips.

As far as fast food restaurants run by children go, this is a good one. Friendly staff, fast service and nice out door dining option. I like!

It can be hard to find teenagers with good customer service. But that's what I've found at this KFC. On top of that the food has always been prepared rapidly and to an acceptable standard and the venue is clean. As far as a fast food take away goes, this is pretty good :

KFC morningside always forgets items (especially sauce) or messes up the orders. Calling the store gets you nowhere and I have been promised compensation for missing items in the past and never got the email supposedly with vouchers. This time nuggets and chips were undercooked and inedible to me being pregnant too much of a health risk to eat. Not good enough for an international food chain to get basic food and service processes wrong continually.
