Alberto's Pizza - Brooklyn

I will never order from here again. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and fries. My food is freezing cold, bread is hard as nails and chicken is burnt! Also asked if driver would be able to call or knock on the door upon arrival was told no because he does not speak English. Do not waste your money! Oh and they forgot my soda! Offered to refund me $1

I wish i would read the reviews before ordering !!! I usually do but God !! This pizza is so nasty here it’s missing the flavor i was so disappointed with them. This was my first time trying and i will not order again .

Food was absolute garbage. Pizza was bland and lacked flavor besides the pepperoni. Mozzarella sticks were over fried and cheese was rubbery. Food was delivered cold and missing items from the order.

Food was nasty I will NEVER order from them again... Asked to speak to a manager about my complaints and I was told that one won't be in until Sunday. The female who answered the phone had poor customer service. I asked to bring the food back and get my money back she said she can't do that without a manager.. This is a business I will never support again. Very disappointing.

The pizza was burnt the chicken was also she said that was all the chicken left and knew it was burnt and still sent it smh ..An did not want to answer the phone .. That was my kids food .terrible
