The staff could improve their service and efficiency at this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend eating here as most things are subpar. It seems like they have never heard of almond milk before. When I ordered a breakfast sandwich and bacon via their mobile app, my order was incorrect and the staff seemed confused. The bacon was heated incorrectly and not worth going back for. I understand that being between two hospitals can be hectic, but they need to step up their game. Additionally, the presence of panhandlers outside the restaurant asking for money is unpleasant.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They struggle with basic orders and take an excessively long time to serve their customers.
Trash. I've been to plenty of DnDs. This one was horrible. My bagel and donut were stale. .y coffee tasted like dirt. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The worker seemed to be asleep and made mistakes with my order. First, she accidentally added an extra donut, but then forgot to include one of my croissants. She also accused me of adding sugar to my coffee when I didn't. I had to return to the store to get my missing croissant and sugar. When I asked for two croissants, she initially refused, claiming I only ordered one. After some back and forth, she finally realized her mistake and gave me the missing croissant and a little sugar. Lesson learned - always double check your order before leaving and make sure to clarify with the staff.
